Axciss Healthcare Solutions

Located in Groveland, Axciss Healthcare Solutions along with sister company Axciss Solutions provide high quality physicians' billing and collections, Cloud based computing, application and server virtualization as well as traditional information technology support. By utilizing our private Cloud technologies we are currently serving clients throughout Florida, Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, Missouri, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky. We also provide user access for our clients' vendors located overseas. We are your small town, local company with a global reach.

Axciss was born in June of 2005 when two medical billing companies merged with an IT infrastructure company forming a unique organization that understood physician billing with all of its rules and regulations as well as an IT company that understood HIPAA, practice management and EHR software and could deliver solutions that met and exceeded the needs and expectations of their client base. We offer ala carte services - providing just what your organization needs. This can range from small projects to becoming your billing and/or IT department.

Our physicians' billing company (AHSI) brings over 60 years of experience that focuses on maximizing our clients' revenue, minimizing AR and keeping our clients compliant with regulations. Our philosophy is one touch resolution. We review, correct and resolve all demographics and charge issues in one sweep. To be successful, we go back to the logical basics of using automation and innovation paired with basic coding, payor and compliance rules.

Are you ready for the Cloud? Along with traditional IT solutions to our medical and growing non-medical base, Axciss Solutions (IT) has been providing virtualization solutions since 2003. Being a private, local Cloud provider offers many advantages to our clients - they get a one stop shop for all their application and server needs.
