Dr. Khan

Dr. Khan completed his education at Sindh Medical College graduating with honors, his Residency at Wheeling Hospital in West Virginia and later on he did Geriatric fellowship at Carilion Health System. He has hospital privileges at Heart of Florida, Celebration and Winter Haven hospitals. He is a board certified Family Practitioner and board eligible Geriatrician with two convenient locations in Davenport and Kissimmee.

Dr. Khan takes special pride in his Geriatric Fellowship which allows him to focus more on health issues related to geriatric age group which could be overlooked in other primary care settings. At the same time an aggressive approach is taken to address chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, etc. at an early age so that the complications associated with these diseases can be prevented in later life. This is implemented by regular screenings, frequent checks, and motivating patients to take part in their own medical conditions.

At our practice we don't believe in abandoning our patients when they need us most. This is why patients admitted to the hospital are followed by the very physician who knows the patient in an outpatient setting. Dr. Khan takes extra effort to make himself available to his patients even after hours or on weekends.

Dr. Khan is complemented by a pleasant and efficient staff. Our commitment to excellence goes deeper than just doing a job -- our nurses and staff think of healthcare as a way of life. Our staff completely understands the notion that their duties could make difference in somebody's life!

We are currently accepting new patients including tourists, walk ins, etc. On site testing is also available including cholesterol check, blood pressure and vascular disease screenings. Also providing diabetes testing and education, EKG's, weight management, and minor surgical procedures. Same day appointments are usually available.
