Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter Seeks Veteran Applicants for Two Homes

Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter is seeking qualifying veterans for the last two available homes in their Veterans Village community in Umatilla, FL. This projects serves low income veterans or spouses who have a demonstrable need and meet basic program criteria. The homes available are a 2/2 and a 3/2, both with a beautiful view of Lake Enola and access to multiple veteran-based services that have partnered with us and this community.
To qualify, homeowners must meet some basic requirements. Applicants must be a resident of or employee in Lake or Sumter County for at least 6 months, income qualify, and have a willingness to interact with Habitat and their volunteers.
