Posted on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 1:55 am

The W.T. Bland Public Library is continuing to expand programs into the new weekend hours and on Saturday, January 13, 2018, there will be a free concert at 2:00 PM. The October Mountain Washtub Band will perform “mountain music” folk songs for an hour at the library. This is a great family-friendly event that is free to the public.
October Mountain Washtub Band is a five-piece band – harmonica, guitar/fiddle, mandolin, washtub bass and banjo, with harmonizing vocals and invitations to sing along. This concert is sponsored by the Mount Dora Library Association.
Please join us for a rollicking free concert for adults featuring many well-loved folk and back-country songs!
