Premier Community Health Finishes Construction In Dade City

Premier Community Health Centers is announcing the finished construction and expansion of the Dade City Health Center (new address) 14027 5th Street, Dade City, FL 33525
PCHG received grant funding to build a new Health Center in Dade City. The new building, behind the existing Doc Stanfield building, is complete. The Grand Opening was Thursday, Dec. 15th, from 5:30-7:30PM at 14027 5th St. in Dade City.
Two of three buildings have been razed on the property to allow for the new building to house Family and Pediatric services. The new building is located on the back of the property. The Doc Stanfield Building on the front of the property will house the Dental Center. The new building has the same iconic look and design which has become the PCHG brand.
Construction was done in phases so there was no disruption in patient services.
