Keeping it Light with Lisa Johnson And EZ Weight Loss 101

Lisa Johnson knows what it is like to be unhappy. Topping the scales at 225 nearly 5 years ago, her doctor told her that she had high blood pressure, type two diabetes, acid reflux, chronic fatigue and polycystic ovarian syndrome. She was beside herself with worry. The proverbial straw was when her doctor told her she wasnít going to be there for her daughter, who was at that time just two years old. She knew something had to change.
Fast forward a year later and you have a whole new person, half the size! Howíd she do it? ìI knew I had to make some real decisions. If I was going to stay around for my daughter, then I was going to have to get healthy. I knew I had to set a good example for her.î Lisaís idea of being healthy is not just about losing weight but also about losing a poor self image and gaining self confidence. ìThere are reasons behind such weight gain,î she says. Once I made the decision, it was just living it out every day until I was a healthier me.
One hundred seven pounds later, she has kept the weight off for over four years. But there is no magic pill in Lisaís success story. She watched what she ate and exercised every day. Today she helps others reach their health and weight goals through EZ Weightloss 101.
Through Motivation Education, Lisa motivates and educates her class members down a road to better health. By encouraging healthy eating habits instead of deprivation, Lisa has had major success in her classes. Her last class averaged 18 lbs. of weight loss and 17 inches off the body. K M lost 33 lbs., J from Tavares lost 29 lbs. and S.S. lost 37 lbs. And those were just the top THREE.
Support and motivation is all important to the success of her students. She did it with only the support of her husband and the motivation of a long life with her daughter. ìIf your kids arenít motivation enough Lisa says, I donít know what is.î She doesnít want anyone to have to do it alone. She knows that by surrounding yourself with people who care and being consistent with your health plan, success is possible for nearly everyone. Lisa stays in contact with her students daily. ìI have had students call me from restaurants with questions or when they know they are about to make a really poor choice. I tell them that every time that they make the right choice, they are one step closer to their goal. No victory is too small and each hurdle can be celebrated. Just knowing they have a lifeline out there can really help them reach their goals.î
Her twelve week class has produced some major success stories and she continues to wow her students with inspirational and relevant information that can be readily applied to everyday life. Her classes are a lot of fun as well with games, prizes and cash awards. Lisa says, ìItís all about the motivation... keeping it fun is just an extra!î And fun it is.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life. If youíre ready to make a real change in your life, Lisa says, ìGive me a call.î 352-516-9855.
