Art Around Town Coming to Downtown Tavares

The Art Around Town is a unique art stroll being presented by the Tavares Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee. The Art Around Town is scheduled for August 20, 2010 from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. Artists will be located in 18 participating businesses allowing the public to “stroll” down Main and Ruby Streets to view a variety of artwork. As part of the Art Around Town event the city of Tavares will be opening its reception of Art in the Square at City Hall at 201 E. Main Street. Several of the downtown businesses will have food and entertainment throughout the evening.
