Drowning Prevention: Today May Be the Last Day You Have to Save Your Child
Wednesday, August 18, 2010
Take action today - your child's safety in and around water could depend on it. Schedule an appointment at Golden Triangle YMCA (352) 343-1144 and observe Safe Start Lessons or log on to www.centralfloridaymca.org to observe lessons from home. Purchase locks for every door and window that lead to the pool; this includes utility and pet doors. Check with a fencing company on installing a pool fence. Learn CPR, and First Aid and make sure all adults supervising your child know these basics too.
