Tavares Boys Babe Ruth

Both the 13U & 14U Tavares Boys Babe Ruth teams won their district tournaments on June 19th to advance to state play. The 14U Tavares Boys are hosting their state tournament here at Fred Stover Field on July 22-25. 14U coaches are Wade Payne, Marvin Danielson & Artie Baskette. The 14U players are Austin Baskette, Rodney Broughton, Austin Clayton, Phillip Cooper, Wesley Danielson, Zachary Davis, Kyle Fowler, Anthony Holguin, Garrett Payne, Connor Urbon, Dalton Wells & Cory Lonsdale.

The 13U won their tournament against Ocala Rotary and will advance to play in the state tournament in Jupiter, July 22-25th. The 13U coaches are Rocky Tomson, Jack Tomson II, Armando Martinez and Scott St. Clair. The 13U players are Damon Arnett, Bailey Barngrover, Mason Beims, Tyler Jeffries, Alexis Martinez, Ashton Potter, Grant Furnas, Aaron Simple, Mike St. Clair, Jack Tomson III, Perry Hambrick, Austin Love & Emmit Huffman.
