The Harris Chain Sail and Power Squadron Change of Watch

The squadron and special guests looked on as District 23 Commander Bob Becker, SN Commander, officiated at the swearing in of our new commander, Ray Ellison, AP. The remainder of the Bridge Officers were sworn in by our 2011 Commander Catherine Henke, P Commander, at a buffet luncheon held Sunday afternoon, January 15, at Vic's Embers Supper Club in Leesburg.

Special guests in attendance were; United States Power Squadron District 23 Commander Bob Becker, SN Commander; Patty Becker, P and our teaching partners for the America's Boating Course, Sgt. Jason Kerley and Cpl. Lenny Wilkerson of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Marine Unit.

The new officers are: Cdr. Raymond Ellison, AP Commander; Lt/C Stephen Kupferberg, S Executive Officer; LT/C Philip Ponticello, S Education Officer; Lt/C Victor Fernandez, S Administrative Officer; Lt/C Roger Wilson, S Treasurer; Lt/C Jerie Tallman, P Secretary.
