Cost of Engraving on Memorial Wall Going Up

Don Van Beck, executive Director of the Veterans Memorial at Fountain Park, announced today that as of March 5 the cost of having a name engraved on the wall will increase from $25 to $35.

The reason for this, Van Beck explained, "all the panels will be erected during the week of February 27 and the cost of engraving will increase because engraving after that date will have to be done at the Memorial."

Van Beck urges all Veterans to get their names and DD214's into the office at 411 Main Street in Leesburg as soon as possible.
