Your ankle - the joint where your foot and leg meet - is an intricate network of bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles and can be one of the most frequent source of debilitating pain and joint destruction.When the pain begins to affect everyday quality of life, the first step is learn more about the effects of the ankle joint and understand what your pain and symptoms are telling you.
