Fifth Annual "Duffers" for Daniel

The annual benefit tournament for Daniel Stephens will be October 29, 2011 at The Country Club of Mount Dora. The format will be a four person scramble with an 8:30 shotgun start. The cost is $75 per person including lunch. There will be contests and team prizes.

Daniel Stephens suffers from a rare form of restrictive lung disease caused by a deformed rib cage and severe scoliosis and kyphosis. This summer he had his 28th surgery. It was his 15th back surgery in the last 5 years. He is facing several more back surgeries. He requires a brace to assist him with walking, but still participated on the junior golf team at school. He always takes every new challenge and medical problem in stride, and continues to be an inspiration to everyone he meets.
